Caffitaly System allows independent roasters and other ingredient suppliers to deliver a high quality beverage in the cup to the consumer. GAGGIA, known for it's traditional quality and experience in espresso-making, chose two models(Baby and Evolution) from its complete range of espresso makers and fitted them with this exclusive extraction system to get the best from the Caffitaly capsule method. The ideal amount (8 g) of ground coffee is vacuum-sealed in each disposable, ready-to-use capsule for a great cup of genuine Italian espresso.

The Caffitaly capsule is structured specifically to allow the water to fully irrigate each tiny grain of coffee, thus guaranteeing a constantly even flow of coffee and, above all, a consistently excellent brew in the cup

Now there are more models of machines available using the Caffitaly System. The capsules have also evolved from coffee capsules to chocolate, tea, and milk capsules. Over 15 roasters have signed up to the system in Europe alone.
